The pANCA IFA plus is intended as an aid in the diagnosis of systemic vasculitis (SV) in conjunction with other clinical and laboratory findings. The pANCA IFA plus serves for the confirmation of pANCA positive results found on ethanol fixed granulocytes. The immunoassay is designed for manual professional in vitro diagnostic use only.
